CREATION OF WORLD BODY BALFOUR DECLARATION GENEVA, August 14 The Jewish Congress at Geneva today approved the creation of a permanent world Jewish organisation with a council, assembly and secretariat. The budget for 1936-37 was fixed at £15,000,000.
The congress appealed for the observance of the Balfour declaration in connection with the Palestine mandate.
