CAR TOTALLY WRECKED DRIVER ESCAPES LIGHTLY [BY TELEGRAPH —PKESB ASSOCIATION] NELSON, Saturday Although a car which struck tha side of the engine of a train at tha Appleby level crossing was wrecked beyond repair and the engine was slightly damaged, the driver of the car, Walter Grooby, escaped with bruises.
