REVOLT IN TOKIO COMPULSORY RETIREMENTS TOKIO, July 10 Thirteen senior officers, including Lieutenant-Genorals Kashii, ex-com-mander of the Tokio garrison; Hori, ex-commander of the Ist. Division; Hashimoto, ex-commander of the Imperial Guard; and lsawa, ex-commander of gendarmerie, have been compulsorily retired from the service as a result of the military coup and assassinations in February.
