DR. LINDSAY'S FUNERAL
MANY FLORAL TRIBUTES A line of motor-oars, estimated at half a mile long, formed the cortege "at the funeral of the late Dr. P. A. Lindsay, which took place at the Ptirewa Cemetery yesterday afternoon. Beautiful wreaths filled three cars, and the gathering at the graveside included many representatives of the medical profession. Tho St. John Ambulance, a movement in which Dr. Lindsay had been an active participant, was represented by Mr. 0. J. Tunks, the commissioner, and Mr. S. K. Langstone secretary-manager, the brigade by Mr. I'. .J. Hutchinson, assistant commissioner; Mr. F. Scliofield and Mr. 11. Hitchon, and the nursing division by the corps officer, Mrs. E. McDowell. I he Tiev. P. Gladstone Hughes, assisted, by Canon F. \V. Fnneourt, was tho officiating minister at the house and tho graveside.
