ARCHBISHOP'S NEW POST PAIMS, July 7 I'lie dispute between the Pope and the Archbishop of Rouen, who refused to submit to replacement after he had invoked civil law over canon law. has ended with acceptance of the Archbishop's resignation, and his appointment as titular Archbishop of Mitylene.
