TALKS WITH AUSTRALIA HOPES EXPRESSED IN LONDON (Received July 7, 0.5 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, July 0 Consultations have been proceeding at the Dominions Ofhce in the last few weeks with the Australian statesmen who are visiting England. The UnderSecretary for the Dominions, the Marquess of Hartington, stated to-day that as a result of the talks there was real ground for hope that within the next few months a beginning would be made toward the resumption of migration. . Not for many years, however, if ever again, would migration bo on such a large scale as in the past.
