NORWEGIAN TANKER
REPAIRS CARRIED OUT SHIP LEAVES FOR BORNEO SYDNEY, July 7 Repairs to tlio Norwegian tanker Vardaas, which was wrecked on the Queensland coast in April, and, leaking badly, was towed to Brisbane, have now been completed. The ship sailed to-day for Ualik Pa pan, Borneo. The vessel was cut in two and rejoined, which was probably the biggest ship-reparing work ever undertaken in Australia.
