ALL PASSENGERS RESCUED ISLAND OFF SIBERIA TOKIO, July tt Nine hundred Russians, mostly fishermen, who were en route to the fishing grounds near Kamchatka Peninsula, Eastern Siberia, on board the Soviet steamer Cima, -were wrecked off tho desolate island of Onnekaton.
