SOCIALISTS SHOT DOWN
FASCISTS' ACT OF REVENGE
MADRID. July 5 Fascists drove several cars past a Socialist meeting house when the participants were coming out and poured i hail of revolver and machine-gun bullets. They killed seven Socialist leaders and seriously injured 12, of whom some are not expected to survive. Ihe shooting is alleged to have been In revenge for the murder of three of the Fascists' colleagues.
