DORIAN MUSIC CLUB

The Dorian Music Club held a success, fill Brahms evening on Saturday. The president, Mrs. Poole, gave an interesting talk on the composer's life and work, which was illustrated with a varied programme from his compositions. These included piano solos, duets, songs, vocal duets, violin solos and three-part and four-part choruses. The following assisted: —Mesdainos M. Poole, F. Capper, 0. MeKenzie, D. Chisholm, R. Steele. There was a questionnaire, and supper and discussion concluded a most enjoyable evening.
