FOUND DROWNED
VERDICT AT INQUEST An inquest concerning the death of Albert Romulus Shears, aged 57, retired greengrocer, whose body was found in the Manukau Harbour on Sunday, was held by tho district coroner, Mr. D. A. Sutherland, at Onehunga yesterday. A verdict was returned that deceased was found drowned, there being no evidence to show that his death by drowning was accidental or otherwise.
' Deceased's son, George S. Shears, stated his father had been discharged from the Auckland Hospital two weeks ago and had since been very unsettled in his mind. Other evidence showed that deceased was suffering from a nervous complaint, but had never threatened to take his life.
Sergeant Brown stated thero were no marks of violence on the body.
