DANCE HALL CONTROL
THAMES VALLEY DISTRICT CUV TKLEGRAPII —OWN COHItKSrONPENT] TE AHOHA, Monday Delegates from country hall committees in the Thames Valley district held a meeting at To Aroha to discuss ways of promoting better conduct at dances. A brief statement issued subsequently recommended all hall authorities that a master of ceremonies, who should be announced publicly at the dance, should have full control of the proceedings. It was also resolved that every dance should be under the control of a responsible committee. The press was also informed that what happened outside the dance halls was not the concern of the dance promoters.
