BEAUTIFYING TAURANGA
[by TKI.EGUAPIt—OWN COItIIKSPONDK.NT] ' TAURANGA, Saturday A committee has .been appointed by the Tauranga Borough Council to confer with tho Beautifying Society in regard to planting trees and shrubs on the streets and in the municipal reserves. It is intended to plant about 'IOOO native trees grown in the council's nursery, and also some thousands of flowering plants. Planting of trees will also bQ carried out iu Mount Maunganui Domain.
