LOCARNO POWERS
MEETING TO BE HELD ATTITUDE OF GERMANY REPLY STILL AWAITED By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received July 5, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 4 A message from Geneva states that a communique says: As the result of conversations between JIM. Blum and Delbos (France), Mr. Eden (Britain) and Dr. van Zeeland (Belgium) it was agreed that a further meeting of the Locarno Powers should be held before the end of the month. It is understood that the meeting will be held at Brussels and that both Italy and Germany will be invited to attend. The Daily Telegraph's Geneva correspondent says Germany will be invited to attend whether or not she lias replied to the British questionnaire, but it is recognised that a constructive German reply would materially increase the chances of a successful conference.
