HARBOUR BRIDGE
PROPOSED CONFERENCE The Birkenhead Borough Council has decided to attend the proposed conference between the Government and local bodies regarding the harbour bridge proposal. It pledged its support and cooperation in bringing to finality the const ruction of the harbour bridge, which, in its opinion, should be built as a national undertaking.
