A message from Georgetown, ]3ritish Guiana, states that Captain Osborne of the trawler Girl Pat and his brother, Jim, were fined on charges of disorderly behaviour, instead of on the previous charge of assaulting a policeman. Both were bound over to keep the peace. Subsequently the two brothers were arrested on a provisional warrant and charged with the theft of the Girl Pat.
