MoCREADY TO MEET BOESCH The wrestling champion of the British Empire, Earl McCroud.v, will make another appearance at the Town Hall this evening, when ho will meet tho versatile American exponent, Paul Boesch. The latter is one of tho most attractive wrestlers ever to visit tho Dominion, being highly spectacular in his methods. He has proved a great draw card in southern (cntrcs. where he has competed with marked' success. A fast and experienced exponent, he should prove a fino match for McCrcady, the powerful and scientific. Canadian. Hoosch relies to a groat oxtont upon his drop-kick, a formidable means of offence which McCrcady should find difficulty in countering. The latter has a splendid record in tho Dominion, and he can bo depended jpon to give an attractive display.
McCREADY BEATS MEHRINGER [by telegraph—press association] NEW PLYMOUTH, Sunday
McCready beat Mehringer by one fall in a wrestling match here last evening. Hie winner gained his fall in the seventh round with a rocking-chair splits. It was a bright contest.
