DECREE BEFORE PARLIAMENT CONSENT IN ROYAL MARRIAGES BAGDAD, June 16 As a sequel to tho elopement of the Princess with an Athens hotel porter three weeks ago, a decree signed by the young King Ghazi of Irak and the Cabinet is to be submitted to Parliament. Tho decree provides that any prince or princess who marries without the King's consent may be deprived of all rights, including property and tho right of residence in Irak.
