ALBERT PARK PATHS
Sir, —I tnke tho liberty through your valuable column to make a suggestion for the benefit of tli3 citizens of Auckland. While we have such a lovely parkas Albert Park, I feel that a better approach from Victoria Street could be made than by the present steep grade. This path is very dangerous to people using it to enter Victoria Street. My suggestion is to form a track or path, starting at the top of tho first flight of steps from Victoria Street, and carry the same around the hill to the back of the Art Gallery building and terminate I lie same at tho intersection of Princes Street. This path would obviate accidents resulting from using the present steep grade into Victoria Street. This work could bo done at very small cost. To my own knowledge, many accidents have resulted from using this present path. Thkoinjkk 13. Jacohskn.
