TECHNICAL OLD BOYS

HAMILTON ASSOCIATION [FROM OUR OWN correspondent] HAMILTON, Tuesday For their services over a lengthy period of years, Messrs. D. G. Annett, C. Paget and A. J. McGrail were elected life members of the Old Boys' Association of the Hamilton Technical College at the annual meeting last evening. The retiring president, Mr. D. G. Annett, presided over a large attendance. Mr. Annett stated that considerable progress had been made during the year, and, in addition to the central association in Hamilton showing an increase in membership, strong branches had been formed at Wellington, Auckland and To Awamutu. It was expected that the principal of the school, Mr. W. Fraser, would inaugurate another sub-association in Christchurch later in the year. Arrangements were completed tor the annual reunion of old boys in Hamilton on June 22, and an invitation was issued by Mr. Fraser for all old pupils to attend the first commemoration day service of the school on June 21. The following officers were elected: — Patrons, Messrs. W. Fraser and S. 13. Sinis; president, Mr. A. R. Davies; vice-presidents, Messrs. J. F. W. Hacdingham and Cyril Paget; secretary, Mr. VV. G. Seabrook; treasurer, Mr. R. J. Dabb; auditor, Mr. N. Smith ; general committee, Messrs. A. J. McGrail, D. G. Annett, G. McDowell, R> B. Smith, 0. Slow, D. Lock ana N. McLennan.
