BRIDGE EVENING
The Lyceum Club bridge circle held an open evening on Friday. The lounge was beautifully arranged with tall palms and autumn flowers and foliage. Ou behalf of the bridge circle members Mrs. J W. Nutter (convener) presented Mrs. L. T. Rapson with a beautiful basket of flowers. The prizes were won by Mrs. Gaudiu, contract; Miss Atkins, highest auction; Mrs. Hodge, hidden number; Miss Teed, consolation prize. Supper was served in the dining room. Hostesses present were Mesdames L. T. Rapson, J. W. Nutter, Jas. Mitchell, H. Keary, Warnock, Kay, S. T Wicksted, Ismonger. Sykes, Teed, C. H. T. Palmer, H. Colwill, Mooney, Bray, A. Campbell, Marquet Jeffrey, Kinnear, Arnoldson, Bolitho, Misses Wright, Baird, Hamilton, Williams, Teape, Darling.
