VICTORIES FOR LOVELOCK [from Ol'R own correspondent] By Air Mail LONDON. May 13 E. Lovelock was among the winners for the Dominion Students Amateur Athletic Union in (lie triangular match at Heme Hill track, when victory in the last event, the one mile medley relay, enabled his team to win with a total of 21 points. Polytechnic Harriers, who had led up to the last race, were second with 20 points, and the Metropolitan Police Athletic Club secured 12 points. Lovelock won the-half-mile race in 2m 2 l-ss. by a yard and a-half from K J. N. Hengle, th« British police half-mile champion, who was representing the .Metropolitan police. At the annual sports of the St. Mary's Hospital Athletic Club, at North Wembley, Lovelock had an easy task in the mile, which lie won i:u 4m. ;535. F. D. Reddard was; second.
