WRESTLING
BLOMFIELD TO MEET BOESCH Fast and spectacular wrestling should be witnessed at the Town Hall on Saturday evening, when "Lofty" Blomfield, the New Zealander, will meet Paul Boesch. a recent arrival from America. Boesch will be making his first appearance in Auckland, but in a number of bouts in southern centres he proved that he is a versatile and attractive wrestler. He is a similar type of wrestler to Dean Detton, whom Auckland patrons will remember ns an exceptionally fast and spectacular exponent. Blomfield is in excellent condition at the present time. He proved exceedingly popular with the spectators during his recent southern tour. A strong and active wrestler, he always gives a pleasing display. With Boesch as his opponent, Blomfield should not be handicapped in his efforts to make the exchanges interesting.
