YOUNG MAN REMANDED
FALSE PRETENCES CHARGE Charged with obtaining from Independent Motors, Limited, £l6O by falsely representing that a motor-car was his own property and unencumbered, J .'tines Lawrence Holden, aged 2.3, appeared before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., in the Police Court on Saturday. Mr. El worth appeared for accused. On the application of SeniorDetective Hall a remand was granted until Friday, bail of £IOO and one surety of £IOO being allowed.
