INTEREST REDUCTION
ALBERTA BONDS AFFECTED EDMONTON. May 27 The compulsory reduction of rates of interest to 2J per cent on Alberta bonds, including savings certificates, will take effect on June 1, according to an announcement bv the Provincial Treasurer, Mr. Charles Cockroft. The move will save 3,000,000 dollars a 3*ear.
