ROTORUA INTERESTS
Mrs. Richard Townend, of Maungatautari, was a visitor to Rotorua at the week-end. Miss Gwen Dillon and Miss Moya Williamson, of Rotorua, left on Tuesday to spend a few days in Auckland. Mrs. Salmon, of Whakatane, who has been spending a few days with Mrs. J. A. Ruddy, of Hinemoa Street, left at the week-end for Ohakune. Mrs. Foreman, of Wellington, is visiting Rotorua, and is staying at the Geyser Hotel. Miss Griffen, of Wellington, is at the Geyser Hotel. Mrs. B. M. Green, of Arawa Street, has returned from a visit to Auckland. Mrs. Dacre and Miss Roma Steele, of Rotorua, will leave at the end pf the week on a visit to Suva. Mrs. L. Curtis and Miss Joan Curtis, of New Plymouth, arc spending a golfing holiday in Rotorua. Mrs. W. A. McLean, of Street, has returned after spending the school holidays at Maketu. Mrs. J. Banks, of Whakarewarewa, has returned from a brief visit to Auckland. Miss Doreen Kingon, of Rotorua, is visiting Auckland. Miss Molly Wilkinson, of Hamiltcm, who has been visiting Rotorua, has returned home. Misses Ormond, of Hawke's Bay, who were visitors for the recent golf tournament, have returned home. Miss Green, of New South Wales, is staying at Waiwera House.
