ATTACK AT BANK
FURTHER REMAND GRANTED A further remand until June 4 was granted by Mr. Wvvcrn Wilson, S.M.. in the Police Court yesterday, in the case of James Hillings, aged 3D, bushman, who was arrested in the Point Chevalier branch of the Auckland Savings Bank on May 14. The charge against Hillings is that, with intent to facilitate the commission of the crime of theft, he violently attempted to render James Godfrey Worboys incapable of resistance. Bail was renewed.
