"WANTED A GAYER LIFE"
ORDER MADE FOR RETURN A petition for restitution of conjugal rights was brought by Harry Arthur Woolf (Mr. Finlay) against Evelyn Mae Woolf before Mr. Justice Call an in the Supreme Court yesterda.v. The parties were married in March. 1928, and there are no children. Petitioner said their married life bad been unhappy, because his wife wanted a gayer kind of life. She left him about 12* months after their marriage, but he had induced her to return. She was not satisfied with the home a photograph of which petitioner handed to His Honor, and she left him on November 15 last. Ho wrote asking her to return on February 28, but she declined to do so. He had bought her a small car of her own. Mr. Finlay said there was a considerable disparity in the ages.of the parties. Witness said he kept the home for a long time for her, but had had to sell it. His Honor issued an order requiring the respondent to return to petitioner within 21 days of service.
