INTEREST ON LEGACIES 'QUESTIONS FOR THE COURT [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Thursday Two further issues arising from tho estate of the late Sir Goorge Hunter were discussed in the Supreme Court to-dav, when the opinion of Mr. Justice Smith was sought on whether various legatees were entitled to bo paid interest on their respective legacies, and if so, at what rate of interest, and whether out of the capital or the income of the estate, and whether the residuary estate was liable for payment of estate and/or succession duty assessed: in respect of a legacy of £SOOO bequeathed in a codicil to a niece, Helen May Hunter. Decision was reserved.
