NIAGARA FROM VANCOUVER The Royal Mail liner Niagara is scheduled to arrive from Vancouver, Honolulu and Suva on Monday morning and she is to sail for Sydney at four o'clock on Tuesday afternoon. THE MELBOURNE MARU The Melbourne Maru was to leave Moji. Japan, on May 2 for Dunedin, Lyttelton. Wellington and Australian ports. She is scheduled to reach Dunedin about June 2. and Auckland about June 8. THE TUSCAN STAR The Blue Star Line motor-ship Tuscan Star, from Glasgow, is scheduled to clear Liverpool on May 23 with cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington. Lyttelton. Cargo for Auckland is being unloaded Rt King's Wharf and she will complete discharge at New Plymouth. - WAIPAWA LOADING The Shaw, Savill and Albion motor-ship Waipawa arrived from Gladstone, Queensland, yesterday morning and berthed at Central Wharf to unload maize from South Africa and to load for London. The vessel left London on - March 11 and made the voyage to Fremantle. via Capetown, in the fast time of 26 days 5 hours, at an average speed of 1G.5 knots. She discharged at eight ports in Australia, also loading butter, meat and timber. Fine weather prevailed during the passage from Gladstone to Auckland, the average speed being 16.7 knots. During the last day of the passage the speed averaged 17.43 knots. From Auckland the vessel will proceed to Opua. New Plymouth, Bluff, Lyttelton and Wellington to complete loading for London.
