BRIBERY OF LEADERS GOVERNMENT'S TROUBLES VIENNA, April 28 The difficulties of the Austrian Government have been increased by the discovery that the Austrian Phoenix Life Insurance Company, which became bankrupt recently, bribed prominent leaders, including members of Prince Starhemberg's Heimwehr and Dr. Schuschnigg's Storm Troops. The Chancellor announces preparations to repulse a general propagandist onslaught on the State.
