LONDON LABOUR PAPER APPROVAL OF LEGISLATION LONDON. April 28 Commenting on New Zealand's "amazing record of rapid, honest and business-Tjke government" the Labour newspaper, the Daily Herald, calls attontion to the Dairy Products Marketing Bill. It states that this and the nationalisation of the Reserve Bank involve the transference of economic power from private into public hands. Such measures, says the Herald, provoke in London panicky predictions of ruin, but they are no more than com-mon-sense.
