[BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] THAMES, Tuesday At the annual meeting of the Farmers' Veterinary Club, Ngatea, the balance-sheet showed the bank overdraft to have been reduced by £4O and excess expenditure by £SO, while debits were reduced by £7l. Officers elected were:—President, Mr. E. W. Schultz; vice-presidents, Messrs. W. Jones and H. E. Cole; committee, Messrs. Burke, G. Bobinson, W. Lawrence, W. Clark, and G. Phillips; auditor, Mr. A. E. Mahoney.
