LONG TACK SAM

The New Zealand season of Long Tack Sam's company of 20 Chinese performers and seven European artists will open at His Majesty's Theatre tonight. The Auckland season will be limited to ten evening and three matinee performances. Long Tack Sam's troupe presents novel entertainment not equalled since tho last visit of the company somo ten years ago. The original company has. since been augmented by the addition of the seven Europeans, gathered from theatres in Paris, Berlin and London, Dora Lindsay, Scottish comedienne, Mascotte and Maurice, ballroom and adagio dancers, and Paul and Leon, tap-dancers, are entrusted with the first part of the programme, and Long Tick Sam and his Orientals with the second.
