ACTION AGAINST BANK
COURT RESERVES DECISION [by telegraph—PßESS association] WELLINGTON, Monday The Court of Appeal reserved its decision in the case of W. D. Lysnar versus the National Bank of New Zealand. The action was one in which W. D Lj-snar appealed against the judgment of Mr. Justice Blair, fixing the amount of damages to which appellant was entitled by virtue of a breach of contract by the National Bank of New Zealand regarding appellant's Arowhana Station.
