NECESSITY FOR THE DEEPENING OF ST. MARY'S BAY BOAT HARBOUR APPARENT DURING LAST WEEK'S EXCEPTIONALLY LOW TIDES Pleasure craft owners with moorings in the boat harbour at St. Mary's Bay are frequently prevented by the low state of the. tide from leaving or returning to their moorings at the time desired.
