WOMAN FOUND DEAD

INQUEST TO BE HELD A married woman, Mrs. Jane Costar, aged 56, was found dead in a house at Huia on Saturday morning. Mrs. Costar was housekeeper for Mr. C. Bryan, and she was found by him lying in a back room of the house when he rose on Saturday. She had apparently got up during the night. The body was brought to Auckland, and a post mortem examination was conducted yesterday. An inquest will be opened this morning. Mrs. Costar saw several years' service during the Great War as a nurse.
