TO MAKE A TEA TRAY
Here is an interesting little job you could do on your spare evenings. Most homes possess ono or two old pictures stowed away iu a cupboard or on a shelf, if onG 0 f these has a wooden frame especially the old-fashioned kind, and your mother will allow you to have it, just'tako off the frame and with somo long tacks fix it firmly to a piece of three-ply cut to fit the size of th« frame, nailing the three-ply on to tho .under side. l'lio -next step is to rub down tho rough edges of the three-ply with sandpaper, then give the tray a good coat or two of lacquer. When that is dry screw a pair of handles on the ends, and there you hare a fine tray.
