FOLDING
Supposing that a sheet of paper is a hundredth of an inch thick, and it were possible to fold it 24 times, how thick would the folded wad of paper be? The answer is an inch or two, but nearly three miles! Twenty-four folds would increase the thickness of the paper by 16,777,216 times.
