MAN CONFESSES MURDER
VICTIM STILL ALIVE At Redwood City, California, Jerome Baum Selz, aged twenty-eight, was sentenced to life imprisonment on his own confession of murdering Mrs. Ada Rico " about June 15, 1935." Two women have now told the sheriff that the victim was still alive in August last year, two months after Selz was supposed to have killed her. 1' urther efforts are being made to identify a body dug from a shallow grave which Selz said was that of Mrs. luce.
