• I PLAYER SUSPENDED REGISTRATIONS APPROVED Evidence in connection with the ordering off of a Richmond forward in the first scries of matches played at Cnrlaw Park last Saturday was discussed in committee at last evening's meeting of. the Auckland Rugby League. Later, the chairman. . Mr. G. Grey Campbell, stated that the player had been suspended for four playing Satur days. In reference to the recent benefit' match several clubs advised their willincnesa to forgo gate percentages as a donation toward the fund. , _ After a lengthy discussion Mr, L. Bull was nominated as the independent representative on the Referees' Appointment Board. » , | It was stated that the draw for the first Borie? of matches in the senior competition would be made next Wednesday evening. Tho West Coast League advised that J. Anderson, tho South Island forward, had been granted a transfer, and would plav for the Mnrist Club.The following registrations werp accepted:—M. Sin Vms (Devonport). A. MeGill (Devonport). W. Tittleton {Richmond'. G Tittleton (Richmond). C. J Glasgow (Newton), E. A. Mofgan (Ponsonby). A. J. Watkins (Mount Albert). L. L. Knock was reinstated and registered with Newton. The following transfers were approved:— H Crook, Newton to Devonport; A. Wicks. Devonport to R.V.: F. R- Halsey. Otahuhu to Mount Albert; M. Hucker. Otahuhu to Mount Albert; V. Barchard, City to Marist.
