AUCKLAND COMPETITION NEW SENIOR TEAM ADMITTED A decision to admit North Shore as a senior team in the Auckland Rugby competition was made at the management committee's meeting last night Mr. L. V . Representatives of the North Shore Club submitted details, of their playing strength, stating that ft num her ot new players were arriving in ami lery units from Irentham, and that there was every prospect of the club being able to field a team of powerful physique. Mil ben explained that in the past, where an exceptionally good player was deprived of first-class Kncny by .the fact that he resided in one of the neighbouring sub-unions, the management, committee had adopted the policy of trying to help the players when possible.
