FAIRLY LISTLESS MARKET BANKS MORE ACTIVE (Received April 22, 8.5 p.m.) SYDNEY. April 22 Values were fairly steady in a rather listless investment market on the Sydney Stock Exchange to-day. Banks were more active. Commonwealth bonds were irregular.
