TAKAPUNA COUNCIL PROPOSED EXPENDITURE Opposition to a recommendation by the works committee of the Takapuna Horough Council to allow for an expenditure of £10,600 in the coming year's estimates resulted in a spirited debate at a meeting of the council Inst, night. The Mayor, Mr. J.
