SPANISH ELECTION
PERSECUTION OF CATHOLICS MADRID, April 20 The Catholic Right Wing Party has decided to abstain from voting in the Presidential election, to bo held on April 26, alleging that no guarantees have been given that the election will be conducted fairly, and complaining of daily violence, arson and pillaging, causing Catholics to fleo en masse.
