ST. COLUMBA'S CHURCH

The reduction, by £lls of a longstanding debt on St. Columba's Church was reported at the annual meeting of parishioners last night. A credit balance had been achieved and it was planned to commence a sinking fund to clear the debt over a number of years. Income for the year was over £3O higher than that of* last year. The following officers were elected: — Vicar's warden, Mr. W. Fliekson; parishioners' warden, Mr. G. Hiscock; members of tho vestry, Mesdames Watson, Wrigloy, Messrs. C. Bishoprick, S. Brewer, C. Harden, W. Elston, H. Robieson, W. Skelton and W. Traill.
