[BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Tuesday The drapers' conference elected Mr. A. P. Smith, of Wellington, president, and Mr. C. Ogilvie, of Christchurch, vice-president. Mr. W. Simm, of Wellington, was the nominee of the advisory board.
