OLYMPIC GAMES TEAM
CANTERBURY ATHLETES [BY TELEGRAPH' —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Tuesday The secretary of tho Olympic and British Empire Games Association, Mr. Harry Amos, stated that he has been advised by telegram from Christehurch that the money required to send V. P. Boot and G. 11. Giles (Canterbury) to the Olympic Games at Berlin will be forthcoming. The athlete, Boot, and Giles, the cyclist, were included in the team, subject to arrangement for the total amount of their expenses being paid, and yesterday was tho date fixed by which tho moncv was to bo in hand.
