BIBLE CLASSES
WOMEN'S ANNUAL CAMP [from our own correspondent] HAMILTON, Monday The annual camp of the Young Women's Bible Class Union, at present being held in Hamilton, is being attended by 150 girls from all parts of the Auckland Province. They are accommodated in the Hamilton West school and in the Waikato Winter Show Hall. Miss D. K. Gaze, of Auckland, is in charge. The programme includes Bible study conducted by Mrs. Jensen and Misses Wilkinson and Bush. A sermonette contest was held, with the following results: —Senior: Miss Jean Hobbs (Epsom), 1; Miss Nancy Barker (Mount Eden), 2. Intermediate: Miss May White (Auckland), 1; Miss Pearl Wycherley (Hamilton), 2.
PRESBYTERIAN FIXTURE YOUNG MEN AT HUNUA About 150 members of Presbyterian young men's Bible classes are in camp at Hunua. The camp father is the Rev, A. M. Ellitte, while the Be v. G. A. 1). Spence is chairman and the Rev. W. Bower Black is in charge of the programme anrl studies. A special service was held on Good Friday to mark the 10th anniversary of the dedication of the site, while services on Sunday were conducted by the Rev. J. A. Thomson and Mr. Elliffe. A sports programme was commenced *on Saturday and concluded yesterday.
