DISADVANTAGES ABOLISHED CONTENTION IN GERMANY (Received April 12. 5.5 p.m.) ♦ BERLIN. April 11 A new decree is to be issued abolishing tyie legal and social disadvantages of Germany's 1,400,000 illegitimate children. It is contended that a healthy illegitimate child is more valuable to the State than a diseased legitimate one.
